Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing, developing, and implementing Amazon’s social media strategy across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. You will play a critical role in building our brand's voice, driving customer engagement, and supporting our marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across social media channels.
- Engage with our online community and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Analyze performance metrics and report on social media engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, PR, and product development, to create cohesive messaging.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for audience and brand impact.
- Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists, providing guidance and professional development.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Demonstrable experience in developing social media strategies and executing successful campaigns.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools, demonstrating the ability to track and analyze data effectively.
- Proficient in using graphic design software and publishing platforms.
